This policy explains what Shopwright collects and how we use it.

Who controls your data

BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L., the company behind Shopwright, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Write to [email protected] to reach us about any of it — that address goes straight to the people who run the Service.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the shop data you enter (customers, quotes, jobs, invoices), and first-party product analytics about how the app is used. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process billing through Paddle, and send transactional email (via Resend) such as quote, proof, and invoice notifications.

Who else processes it

We share data only with the processors that run the Service, and never sell it. Customer-facing links expose only the record they point to. The full list:

• Paddle — billing and payments; our merchant of record.
• Stripe — when your shop connects its own account to take card payments from your customers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — file and artwork storage.
• Our hosting provider — the servers and database running the Service.

International transfers

Shopwright serves US sign shops and is operated from the EU, so data moves between the two. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's own approved transfer mechanism, to keep the protection with the data.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export everything or delete your account any time from within the app — no need to ask. You can also ask us to correct it, restrict what we do with it, or object to a use, by emailing the address below.

If you think we have handled your data badly and we haven't put it right, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority — for us that is Romania's ANSPDCP, or the authority where you live.
