Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shopwright ("the Service"), operated by BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Who you are contracting with

BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. operates Shopwright. Anything you need from us — support, legal notices, refund requests — reaches us at [email protected], which is the contact address for the company.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the shop you register.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. Customer-facing links you generate are your responsibility to share appropriately.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment and tax. Trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled per your subscription. Taxes are applied where required.

Refunds

Every subscription payment is refundable in full within 30 days of the date it was taken. Our Refund Policy sets out how to ask and how Paddle issues the refund.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where BLIXTAR TECH S.R.L. is established, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the US state where you live, and nothing here stops you bringing a claim in your local courts where that law allows it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Minor corrections take effect when posted; anything that materially affects your rights we will email you about before it takes effect, to the address on your account. Continuing to use Shopwright after the effective date means you accept the new Terms — and if you would rather not, the Refund Policy and one-click cancellation still apply.
